At level 6, you can pick a third set of powers, and I picked flight. In this shot, I'm pretty sure I'm only at hover. You don't get Fly until 14. Hover let's you stay out of reach of melee, but is too slow for traveling. Fly is awesome, but I didn't have it yet at this point.
